Wagon Pullers ARE Hardworking – a Square Wheels Business Haiku

Wagon pullers pull. They work hard to move their wagons fast forward.

But wagon pullers could also benefit by involving and engaging their wagon pullers more effectively, by working to facilitate involvement and engagement through facilitated discussions about issues and opportunities for improvement.

The Square Wheels Project focuses on teaching those facilitation skills, offering tools to generate new ideas and improve on the old clunky ways that thing often seem to work now.
