Yes, you CAN be a more engaging leader of teams

You do NOT need to be a professional facilitator of teams in order to generate more intrinsic motivation and engagement. All you need to do is involve people in aligning to the vision of the future and then assist them in problem solving to address their perceived workplace issues. You can be assured that they have some good ideas. Then, and importantly, help them act on those ideas. Let them build a team, implement a solution and bask in the success.

After all, the Round Wheels are already in the Square Wheel Wagon!

So, the improvement situation could look something like this:

Share the View - Help them Re-Build

Does that help keep things simple?

As a resource, I am completing a brand new Icebreaker / Facilitation Toolkit that uses both the line art versions of the Square Wheels theme as well as the LEGO representations that appear all through this blog. It is still being edited and my plan is to add a slideshare video overview that will demonstrate some ideas and options for the presentation.

If you want to get a draft of this for review, send me a note before September 14, 2014.

When completed, the cost will be $20 and it will be one of the best investments you can make in a tool to neatly and elegantly involve and engage people.

You can find it on our shopping cart around September 2 of 2014. Click on the image above to go to the shopping cart.
