Yes, you CAN be a more engaging leader of teams

You do NOT need to be a professional facilitator of teams in order to generate more intrinsic motivation and engagement. All you need to do is involve people in aligning to the vision of the future and then assist them in problem solving to address their perceived workplace issues. You can be assured that they have some good ideas. Then, and importantly, help them act on those ideas. Let them build a team, implement a solution and bask in the success.

After all, the Round Wheels are already in the Square Wheel Wagon!

As a resource, I am completing a brand new Icebreaker / Facilitation Toolkit that uses both the line art versions of the Square Wheels theme as well as the LEGO representations that appear all through this blog.
