Innovation: Continuous Continuous Improvement with LEGO and Square Wheels
Someone made a LinkedIn comment about innovation and improvement and I popped in a quip that I thought would be a good poster, so here we go:
Continuous continuous improvement is a real need in the workplace, since there are always ways to do big things and little things differently, which improve efficiency or quality but which also contributes greatly to the entire motivational framework. Getting people involved in sharing ideas and implementing improvements really has no downside, if one simply applies a little discretion to the thinking.
