Strategy – Connecting The Vision with The Reality
Disconnects are just so common when it comes to people and performance. And when it comes to implementing strategy, the research says that few initiatives meet the goals and expectations of the senior management who designed it. Robin Speculand goes on to suggest that 90% of strategy implementations fail in some respect.
My view is that it is often that disconnect between the front of the wagon and the back, between the wagon pullers and the wagon pushers.
