Business Haiku – Working Hard and Making Progress

Here are two new Haiku sprung from my newer Square Wheels images about how organizations really work.

If you have needs for more teamwork to generate better business outcomes, consider that we are in the 25th year of selling and supporting The Search for The Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine, an exercise focused on leadership development, inter-team collaboration and the optimization of the collective results. It is a wonderful exercise to link to realigning people for improved business results or for generating discussions about how to improve motivation and engagement.

The newest spin we are developing is around the links to the themes of Servant Leadership, where I am working in collaboration with a college and a mining company. That is very interesting on a number of levels and we will be packaging a full day workshop around these principles.

Lost Dutchman is FUN, but it is not fun and games. Dutchman is a serious business simulation about mining as much gold as we can.
