Success takes care of itself?
There was a Henry Ford quote that clanged with me so I popped it into my Square Wheels powerpoint master file and came up with an image for discussion.
So, I got this:
The idea is that improvements need to be managed, even when people collaborate and work together. There is a common resistance to improvement unless it makes sense to people, which benefits from perspective and discussion.
From my view, it IS a BIG Maybe. I think active involvement is a critical factor, not simply time. A proactive approach is certainly more effective.
