How DO we make progress and execute our strategy initiatives?
Well, communications and engagement are certainly key issues. Perspective and the sharing of visions and goals is also necessary. Implementing strategy is a lot about involving and engaging people with a sense of purpose and teamwork to collaborate to do things differently. Too often, we continue to do things the same way, which sounds like, “Thump Thump Thump” by the way.
By “limping leadership,” I mean only those people who are not moving forward as smoothly as they might.
And you can certainly understand the “Workers not involved” part of all this.
