Positive Disruptive Engagement – a Definition


We need to better involve and engage people in our workplaces, and we cannot do that by implementing another survey or continuing to do things the same way.

We need to Free The Supervisor to do the things they need to do to generate motivation and process improvement, as well as alignment, teamwork and ownership. The only way to do that, it appears, is Positive Employee Engagement and the un-doing of a lot of things that simply are not and have not been working.

Positive Disruptive Engagement and empowerment of workers

We need to start breaking some of the policies and procedures and rules and regulations that do so much harm to people in the workplace. Stress from the boss is the number one stressor in people’s lives and BOSS spelled backwards is self-explanatory.

Let’s decide to do things differently,
