Listening – a Poem on Performance Improvement
I saw a post about how to be a better manager and it focused on listening to people. Not reading it, I guessed that it says that if you listen to others, you involve and engage them and also build rapport. My take is that if you can also focus and align them to issues of workplace improvement, you can also allow them to motivate themselves, build teams, celebrate successes, etc. Duh.
Anyway, that rolled out into this little graphic, that I hope you will like:
