Using LEGO and my Square Wheels main cartoon, I offer up this little Dr. Seuss – type poem for your viewing enjoyment.

Improvement is about involvement and engagement of the team, and teambuilding increases when the team takes some time to talk about issues and opportunities.

Continuing to do the same things the same way might make progress, but it will not make PROGRESS over the long term, for sure.
