Seriously.

Assume that people have actually do have ideas for improvement.

• ASK! And record, and continue to ask.
• And, if you ask, it is highly likely that they will share some of their ideas.
• The next step is to LISTEN to those ideas.
• And the next steps involve getting them the resources to accomplish some of the implementation necessary, as well as helping them reduce any perceived risk.
