Disruptive Engagement – How ELSE are you going to change things?

Organizations keep doing the same things and expecting engagement and motivation to improve.

And, worst than foolish, they are spending millions of dollars on doing surveys to show them that nothing is really changing!

If it wasn’t so insane, it would almost be funny. And you keep reading all the research online about how bad this is and that we need to study the issues and do more surveys. Amazing, actually.

Positive Disruptive Engagement can impact innovation and motivation

The Round Wheels are already in the wagon and these better ideas already exist. Why not simply allow the Supervisors, the people who actually manage the workers, to actually DO something differently. I call it positive Disruptive Engagement. (And don’t have a meeting on this, since they don’t have time for that!)
