Poem on making work more fun
Our flagship team building game focuses on the leverage points of having fun playing and solving a problem and on the main issues around collaborating among different teams. So many workplaces can benefit from improvements. We guess at this because, “Interdepartmental Collaboration” is still one of the main oxymorons about the work environment. (Right?)
Playing The Search for The Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine allows people to talk about the workplace and the issues they commonly see when trying to work together across teams. It has proven itself as a great tool for that over the past 20 years.
So, here is a little ditty:
This is not some playful “team bonding” game but a full-blown business simulation wrapped around the theme of mining gold. It has measureable results and lots of serious metaphorical connections to the reality of most workplaces. The organization’s culture shines through and people engage in behaviors that make debriefing a powerful experience.
If you are looking for a great tool for your workplace improvement initiatives and some serious teambuilding, give me a call,
For the FUN of It!
