Reflection, Innovation and Engagement
We tend to make understanding the workplace and people a really difficult and complex endeavor. Sure, there are lots of differences and we can cull out themes of leadership and innovation and creativity and coaching and all sorts of things that relate to performance, productivity and improvement.
On the other hand, sometimes the issues of communications are really stupidly simple. It involves taking some time to think and taking some time to involve. We can do that latter by simply asking and listening. People already have ideas. People actually want to make improvements and feel good about what they do.
So, reducing to the stupidly simple., it looks something like this:
