I’m Thinking Thoughts on Motivation and Improvement
Thinking. A good idea for most managers.
Perspective. A good thing for most managers.
Engagement. A good process for most employees.
Improvement. A good accomplishment for most organizations.
Implementation. A difficult task for most employees, managers and organizational leadership.
So, how can we express all of this simply:
I believe that the round wheels already exist and that the Square Wheels work but they don’t work smoothly. I also know that we need to stop pushing and pulling on occasion to see new ideas and opportunities.
