Workplace Alignment – Good and Better: A Business Haiku

We talk alignment a good bit, but it is certainly possible to take teamwork and collaboration and add SO much structure that we squeeze deviation and creativity out of the equation.

Here is a business haiku on the basic issue, as we might see it:

Serious Play and Business Creativity can be linked to issues of intrinsic motivation and workplace engagement. Are people involved?

This looks like a lot more fun, ya think?

And it is probably a lot more creative and innovative, too.
