My last blog quote post of today — this is number 5.
We talk leadership all the time and there are thousands or tens of thousands of books about the issue. SO much talk.
So, why would most people agree that the work in most organizations tends to look like this?
WHY is there so much mud and so much competition? Why is “interdepartmental collaboration” a real oxymoron in so many places? Why are workers not engaged and might that be part of the problem of managers not being engaged? Why is there so much pressure on people to compete rather than collaborate?
