Intrinsic Motivation
It is easy to motivate me.
Just let me stop pushing and see.
The wheels can roll smoothly and fast
if we can just kick the boss in the (back)
The ideas are there and most people are intrinsically motivated to make improvements in their work and in their lives. It can be comfortable simply doing the same thing every day, but if things are not working smoothly, the motivation to improve gets stronger.
Doesn’t the above just make sense? And how can we help people go more, better, faster?
For the FUN of It!
