Caterpillars and Butterflies and Change and Potential


For the past few weeks, I have been playing with my illustrations and pictures and the themes of managing and leading change and improvement. So much of it has to do with unrealized potential.

You will know from my other writings that the issue of involvement and engagement is a critically important one for me for a wide variety of reasons, including both the issues around the performance in the workplace as well as the links to personal growth and development. It is about being human and human, so what better metaphor than insects, right? Here are a cute pair to get things started.
