I’m Thinking Things are Really Fine – a managers self-review


Here is one reason why some things do not change: our self reflections may be biased and we may not see things as they are.

It is that old frame, “We judge ourselves by our intentions. We judge others by their behavior.”

Good feedback about our own behavior is really useful, and a prime reason why mentors and coaches can be helpful to everyone, including the workers!
