Business Haiku on Motivation and Employee Engagement

Well, the reality is that most workplaces are not functioning all that well and an approach of facilitative Servant Leadership could sure have a lot of impacts. If only our wagon pushers could take a bit of time to talk with people about perceived issues and opportunities. If only the wagon pushers were asked to be involved to make improvements.
This engagement stuff is NOT rocket science and the wagon pushers of the world DO have better ideas on hand, if only we would allow their active involvement.
