The Round Wheels are already in the wagon, and people can easily discover that. But sometimes they need outside inspiration or a challenge to really understand that they need to do things #morebetterfaster
Here is a haiku of mine about continuous continuous improvement and teamwork:
It is going to take some Disruptive Engagement to actively involve the people at the front of the wagon to actively engage the people at the back of the wagon! We simply need to make different choices about how we accomplish what we need to accomplish,
