Teambuilding.sucks – It certainly can!
There is good teambuilding and then there is the other stuff, the things that you regret having even seen, much less participated in. Among other things, the difference is in what the event allows people to do differently and to impact the organization in a positive way.
We started threads on twitter called #badteambuilding and #baaadteambuilding, where you can tweet some of your experiences.
I also added http://www.teambuildingsucks.com to my websites, intending to populate it with some GOOD examples along with some BAD ones. But that is only slowly ramping up. Your ideas and support would be appreciated,
