I am in a new LinkedIn group and the question came up about a simple abstract about a long article that I posted up to Pulse about government employees and motivation. You can see that article by clicking on the image below, which I used to “headline” it:
Again, clicking on the image will take you to a blog that supports the idea that there are a lot of things we can do to better manage people in the workplace. It is also something that should anger you because the situation appears to be so awful and that few people seem to care.
