Thoughts on Change – “What the Caterpillar calls The End of The World!”
One of the main focus of my work for the past 25 years has been on the general theme of people and performance, often around the concept of managing and leading change. This is about involvement and engagement and about building teams.
A quote that I have often used came from my friend, Diane Mashia. I incorporate it into my Teaching The Caterpillar to Fly articles and presentations thought that the main idea might be of interest here.
What the caterpillar calls The End of The World, God calls a butterfly.
The issues include perspective, inevitability, fear of the unknown and a wide variety of other issues and opportunities. After all,
Lighten up and have more fun out there, for sure!
