The Roads We Take – Poem Two – on Trust
Trust is a big factor in how people and organizations perform. Trust is the residue of promises fulfilled, as Frank Navran said.
My “Overpass Image” was done up for me to show how things are all interconnected and linked, but that the links could be really confusing.
Proof: Consider “Atlanta.” Some of those interchanges off I-85 are simply mind-bending in their engineering and construction. That really does take alignment and collaboration to put one of those together. And those same overpasses can work really smoothly if you know where you are going and are prepared for the turnoffs and redirection. Think about what would result if they did NOT work as required!
So, here is the second of three ditties that I just worked up.
We need to generate alignment and shared participative involvement.
For the FUN of It!
