If You Always Do, What you have Always Done – a poem on rotten results!
This little ditty popped into my head while I was thinking of some conversations with my pal Lucy Freedman of Syntax. We share a background of NLP and similar behavioral approaches to improving performance and I had shared a few similar ideas with her. Lucy is the person who recommended the Daniel Kahneman book, Thinking Fast and Slow, that has generated a lot of my current thinking of a new team building exercise product and some of the cartoons for leadership development.
